• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Slim Calf Boot.com you can return your item(s) for a refund with prepaid label within 15 days of original purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) 

* Free shipping and Return does not qualify for international orders

* Any item received without original product box or worn will not be refunded or exchanged.

All refunds will deduct $11.95 per order for restocking fee . All Exchanges would be absolutly Free of charge .

International Returns would not have any restocking Fees .

.Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

After 15 Days up to 30 Days you can Return your items (Return Freight paid by buyer ) 

For your protection, we recommend you send your return via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. Postage is required on all return packages, however, your exchange is shipped back to you freight free. Please do not use the product box as your shipping box. In case you had paid for freight we are only able to refund freight if the product is defective or a shipping error is made on our part.

Exchanges within 15 Days are qualified for Free shipping and Return and NO Restocking Fee.

Please Note we are extra cautious when it gets to the boots that are being customized to your calf size therefore return for customized boots are not accepted.
